Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily cash operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Administer corporate bank accounts and maintain optimal cash positioning across all entities.

· Develop and maintain short- and long-term liquidity forecasts to ensure sufficient cash availability for operational and strategic needs.

· Oversee investment strategies for idle cash, ensuring alignment with company policies and maximizing returns within acceptable risk parameters.

· Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate fluctuations and foreign exchange exposure, through appropriate hedging and risk management strategies.

· Lead the preparation of detailed cash flow analyses and reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.

· Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure efficient banking services and support.

· Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of governance and accountability.
