Hiring: Technical Design & Estimator – Aluminum & uPVC Windows & Doors

Location: Makati

We are a growing company in the aluminum and uPVC windows & doors industry, and we're looking for a Technical Design & Estimator to join our team. This is a key role that ensures accuracy in project costing, design, and execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for aluminum & uPVC windows and doors projects.
  • Produce AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists for fabrication and installation.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements to validate project requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, project managers, and installation teams to ensure accuracy of designs.
  • Review supplier specs and recommend the correct profiles, glass, and hardware.
  • Assist in value engineering to provide clients with cost-efficient but durable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required if with solid experience).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in aluminum and/or uPVC windows & doors industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong background in estimating, costing, and technical detailing.
  • Knowledge of profiles, hardware, glass types, and installation methods.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet tight deadlines.
