Job Summary:

The role will support the sales teams on the technical aspect and in charge of finding innovative ways to create designs to comply to Client requests and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prescreens plans, actual measurements and sketches being submitted by sales to ensure completeness of details, readability, scalability and applicability of the product suited for the project
  • Analyze, interpret and perform structural design analysis
  • Analyze, interpret and draw sketches to generate material and labor take-off
  • Shall monitor industry trends and competition
  • Submit monthly reports on the number of quotations converted into contracts
  • Prepare the itemized or lump sum quotation for both materials and labor
  • Conduct product presentation to prospective clients, engineers and architects
  • Ensure that generated design and estimation conforms to the design codes and approved budget

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering or any related disciplines
  • With at least one (1) year on structural design analysis, cost estimating and quantity surveying. Preferably with exposure to roofing and steel projects
  • Able to create design spreadsheets using Excel or Staad design software
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
