  • Monitor, operate, and adjust the Building Management System (BMS) to maintain optimal building performance.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, faults, and service requests; conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, calibrations, and system upgrades.
  • Record system performance data, incidents, and maintenance activities in logs and reports.
  • Assist in energy management by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Ensure all systems comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Support daily facilities operations, including minor repairs, equipment checks, and general technical tasks.
  • Provide technical assistance during emergencies, power failures, or critical equipment breakdowns.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in good working condition.

Qualifications

  • Vocational/technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
  • With experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or BMS operations.
  • Knowledgeable in MEP, HVAC systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with common BMS platforms (e.g., Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls) is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
