About the Role

We are hiring a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technician to join our maintenance team in Libis, Eastwood, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The role focuses on performing installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of units
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Replace or clean filters, refill refrigerants, and repair system components as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols
  • Prepare service and maintenance reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a vocational course in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of AC and refrigeration units
  • Physically fit and able to perform technical or field tasks
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Libis, Eastwood, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
