Job Description

  • AI Solution and Prompt Development: Crafts, writes, and refines high-quality prompts and AI-driven solutions, including chatbots, to generate accurate and coherent content for various applications.
  • Testing and Performance Optimization: Conducts rigorous testing and iterative refinement of prompts, analyzing performance data and user feedback to enhance the quality and consistency of AI outputs.
  • Responsible AI and Security: Actively identifies and addresses potential biases, ethical concerns, and security implications to ensure the fair and responsible adoption of AI technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate and align AI strategies with product goals and user experience standards.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Develops and maintains a comprehensive library of technical documentation, internal demos, and best practice guidelines for prompt engineering.
  • Innovation and System Maintenance: Stays current with AI trends to drive innovation and productivity, while also maintaining website functionality, security, and uptime.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology
  • Strong knowledge of modern software development processes, tools, and AI/ML platforms like OpenAI and cloud services.
  • Keen interest in AI, with experience in fine-tuning LLMs and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, including experience with automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience working independently in remote environments, with effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks, vector databases, RAG, NLP, machine learning frameworks, and chatbot platforms.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws, and project planning for AI-driven process improvements.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on replicating structured outputs and maintaining consistency across deliverables.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
  • Exposure to low-code tools and API integrations.
  • Creative and innovative mentality with the ability to challenge the status quo.
