As
Cream Silk Innovation Assistant Brand Manager
, you will support the development and execution of innovation projects that bring Cream Silk's purpose and promise to life for Filipino consumers. This role is a great opportunity to build strong foundations in brand building, innovation, and consumer engagement while working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Cream Silk Innovation & Engagement Lead
.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support Brand Strategy & Planning

Assist in the development of brand plans and campaigns by gathering insights, analyzing market data, and supporting the creation of compelling brand stories.

  • Innovation & Project Management

Help manage innovation projects from idea to launch, including coordinating timelines, preparing project documentation, and working with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.

  • Consumer & Market Insighting

Participate in consumer research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, needs, and opportunities that can shape future innovations and campaigns.

  • Campaign Development & Execution

Support the development of communication materials and digital content in collaboration with creative and media agencies. Help track campaign performance and consumer feedback.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of brand initiatives.

To Succeed In This Role, It Will Require

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Eye for beauty
