About the role

Aurum is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista & Bartender to join our vibrant team in our Katipunan, Quezon City location. As a Barista & Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere and success of our popular cafe and bar.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, ranging from classic espresso-based beverages to creative specialty drinks
  2. Mixing and serving innovative cocktails, using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and your flair for mixology
  3. Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service to ensure an exceptional experience for our patrons
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and coffee station
  5. Assisting with inventory management and participating in team meetings to contribute ideas and improve operations
  6. Adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  3. Strong knowledge of coffee, coffee brewing methods, and a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks
  4. Expertise in mixology, with the ability to craft unique and delicious cocktails
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  6. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  7. A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the cafe and bar
  8. Fluency in English and the local language
