About the role

Aurum' is seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our dynamic team in our Katipunan, Quezon City location. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting delightful beverage experiences for our guests. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and creative hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Expertly mixing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverage items
  2. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitised
  3. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest experience
  4. Assisting in inventory management and stock control to ensure adequate supplies are available
  5. Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to support the overall operations of the venue
  6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar hospitality setting
  2. Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage trends
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organised bar area
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
