Job Summary

The Senior Lead Architect/Civil Engineer for Horizontal/Vertical/Development & Commercial design is responsible for preparing and supervising the design drawings of his/her team, coordinating with consultants and other departments up to the checking of construction of all related Horizontal (housing, amenities, showcase area etc.), Vertical & Commercial projects (midrise and special projects) of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • During data gathering stage, supervises his/her team in determining clients goals and requirements for the project and create a project timeline for the project.
  • Conceptualize plans (both 2D and 3D) and prepare marketing collaterals during the Schematic Stage.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of the departments works during Product Development Meetings, Weekly and Monthly reports and other reports.
  • Perform necessary drawing task needed for the Permit Plans during the Design Development Stage ensuring that all works are carried out to specific and standard building code, guidelines and regulations.
  • Supervises Planning works during the Bidding Stage such as attend Pre- Bids and answering RFIs.
  • Supervises the preparation of Final Construction Drawings and Printed copies to be distributed to Purchasing and Construction.
  • During construction stage, He/she will do site visits and supervises the quality of products such as model units, showcase areas, landscaping and amenity Areas.
  • Assists the Planning Head in the preparation of admin and clerical works needed by the department.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Licensed.
  • With at least 5 years of related experience in Horizontal, Vertical, Land Development and Commercial Design.
  • Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, V-ray or Lumion
  • With experience in Manual Drafting & Sketching
  • Knowledgeable in NBCP and IRR of HLURB
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Leadership and Time management skills
