Kaertech is part of the Baracoda Group, specializing in system design, mechanical engineering, electrical design, software development, quality, reliability, certification, and manufacturing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer responsible in designing, developing, and testing electronic circuits and systems, leading complex projects, mentoring Junior Engineers, and ensuring designs meet performance and cost requirements. Key duties involve creating schematics, selecting components, performing simulations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Job DetailsDesigns, develops, and test electronic circuits, components, and systems including Electronics specifications, Schematic Capture, Libraries management, BOM & Layout, RF Design and RF Testing, Electronic (digital and analogue) system design and PCB/ASM generation.Creates, tests, and validates prototypes using simulations and advanced diagnostic tolls to ensure reliability and efficiency.Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation, schematics, specifications, and test results. It also includes Assembly instruction, Gerber files, Placement file, Stack-up, OCBA 3D step, Test instruction.Collaborates with other engineers, cross-functional teams, as well as with product design and manufacturing teams.Leads effort to identify and resolve design and system issues efficiently.Ensures that all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.Mentors and guides junior engineers, provides technical leadership, and contributes to continuous design improvements.QualificationsGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent Engineering course.With minimum five (5) years related work experience.Extensive experience in electronics design, including schematics creation and component selection.Strong understanding of electronics principles, circuit design, and hardware-software integration.Experience in ALTIUM (Electronics CAD Software).Operating familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer, electronic load, DDM, soldering tools).Knowledge on smaller power (
