We Are Recruiting

We're looking for detail-oriented, results-driven Loan Consultants to source and guide customers in choosing the right loan products. You'll assess financial needs, answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with loan applications. Ideal candidates have knowledge of loan options, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Your goal: make the loan process seamless, clear, and positive for every client.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain loan products clearly and guide clients through the full application process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on company loan offerings, financing trends, and credit guidelines.
  • Assist in loan renewals, refinancing, and underwriting coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Open to applicants aged 20–65, male or female.
  • Experience as a Loan Consultant, Loan Officer, Financial Adviser, or Sales/Commercial Representative (Insurance, Real Estate, Pharma, or similar) an advantage.
  • Familiar with loan products, credit evaluation, and lending procedures.
  • Excellent communication, people-handling, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related); college undergrads with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.

Benefits:

  • Better than industry standard: 3% agent commission on every successful loan – FAST PAYOUT upon loan release.
  • Plus 1% commission when your client renews.
  • Plus 1% overriding commission when your client refers and their application results in a successful loan.
  • No quotas. No office hours. Just performance-based income and professional growth.
