Job Description

As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will support loan officers from application to closing, organize borrower documentation, coordinate with clients and partners, and maintain timely records to ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage or financial services
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Encompass or mortgage LOS tools

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Collect and review borrower documentation
  • Communicate with borrowers and partners
  • Maintain timely documentation
