• Responsible for ensuring the project meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance


• Drafts quality assurance policies and procedures


• Responsible for the preparation and scheduling of various Trainings and Seminars designed to help the staff to acquire competency in the position being held


• Conducts In-House Echo trainings and cascading with regards to standard and acceptable practices in the field


• Clarifies all questions, queries and conflicts as to the correct standard practices and procedures


• Attends all trainings being conducted by client on latest products and processes


• Ensures the quality of work and activities being performed in the field thereby minimizing various Trouble Indexes


• Conducts investigations of customer complaints and non-conformance issues


• Orders and manages the correction and rectification of sub-standard and faulty station installations and repair.


• Documents internal trainings and other quality assurance activities


• Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system


• Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities with regards to completed Station Installations and Fault repairs as well as various anomalies being discovered, recommend sanctions and device ways to prevent the repetitions of such


• Processes, validates and submits the CPIS to Client for TECHID requisition


• Prepares and validates the SAAF to Client for various PLDT systems access


• Coordinates all other compliance requirements of the client


• Interfaces with client on all other directives, requests, mandates and clarifications that need to be disseminated to the Management and Operations teams.
