  • Supervises QA personnel engaged in verification, inspection and testing activities to ensure materials, products, packaging and labelling meet defined specifications.
  • Spearhead monitoring, evaluation and possible action planning for Key Performance Indicators of Quality Assurance.
  • Reviews and maintains Evaluation Reports, Process Monitoring Reports, IQA Reports, Incident Reports and other pertinent documentations.
  • Supervises the QA daily operations including work schedules, work assignments, receipt and allocation of items for evaluation, etc.
  • Coordinates with other departments for any quality and food safety issues and come up with recommended actions.
  • Drafts quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Interprets and implements quality assurance standards.
  • Evaluates adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  • Reviews the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Plans, conducts and monitors testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
  • Documents internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
  • Investigates customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Collects and compiles statistical quality data.
  • Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • Develops, recommends and monitors corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepares reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Identifies training needs and organizes training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Coordinates and supports on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  • Evaluates audit findings and implements appropriate corrective actions.
  • Monitors risk management activities.
  • Responsible for document management systems.
  • Assures on-going compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Keeps records of all tests and inspections conducted.
  • Makes recommendations for improvements to quality control procedures.

Performs other functions which may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
