Job DescriptionThe company is seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with GAAP.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads and leadership. Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial operations.

Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and investments to ensure liquidity and optimal fund utilization. Oversee audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.

Implement and optimize financial systems and software. Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.2-3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. Experience in healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement is a plus.

Ability to multitask and handle a heavy workload. Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

High accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Integrity, approachability, and courteousness. Ability to delegate tasks and oversee staff effectively.

Thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry standards.
