Job description:

JOB SUMMARY

A Production Head has the job of providing support not only to the whole production team but also to the Operations Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Updates daily Production Output.

  2. Checks attendance of all Production Personnel and Update Manpower list.

  3. Prepares Weekly Production Manpower Schedule.

  4. Issues Misconduct Notice (Internal) to erring Production Personnel.

  5. Overall In-charge of Documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.) in Production Department.

  6. Coordinates and expedites production work and materials within or between departments. According to production schedule, conferring with Production Group Leaders to determine progress of work, inventory levels, costs and production problems.

  7. Performs administrative and clerical functions.

  8. Ensures that all consumable materials are stocked in appropriate quantities in production department.

  9. Conducts Internal Audit in Production department.

  10. Handles day to day administrative tasks in Production Department.

  11. Other tasks given by Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : College Graduate of any Engineering or Computer course

Experience : With at least one (1) year relevant work experience in the same

capacity in a manufacturing company

Training : Preferable with exposure in ISO and Food Safety Management

Procedures and documentation

Special Skills : Preferably computer literate / possess good analytical and

computation skills. Highly personable and can adapt to people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php220,000.00 per month
