  • Analyze and prepare statistical reports related to core services to support work development and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance productivity and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collect and evaluate branch performance and proof of delivery data with the supervisor to control outsourcing costs in line with company objectives.
  • Research and apply new techniques and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans that align with current trends and future needs.
  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Hub Operations.
  • Proven experience in supervising teams and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bulacan area
