Responsibilities and Duties


• Respond to talent inquiries


• Assist in campaign negotiations


• Coordinate campaigns, appearances, shoots and engagements


• Assist talents in shoots and events, attend meetings


• Help in brainstorming & creation for talent content.


• Must be willing to work with a flexible time schedule.

Qualifications


• College Graduate. No specific course required.


• Being highly organized is a requirement.


• Email savvy


• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Word, Excel) and Use of Google products (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Etc) and must have access to stable internet and his/her own computer.


• Excellent communication skills is a must.


• Must be hard-working, confident and have passion for entertainment, sports, fashion and online content creation.


• Open to learn new things.


• Influencer Management experience is a requirement.
