About This Role
The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) is to support iRhythm's recruitment lifecycle by conducting interviews with candidates, selecting and rejecting candidates, negotiating, preparing and managing offers, and routinely optimizing the recruiting strategy by staying up to date on emerging trends, best practices and benchmark comparisons.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business
- Routinely able to manage a volume of requisitions at any given time
- Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and candidates for a dedicated functional area
- Collaborate and work in tandem with Sourcers on priority talent pipeline needs and staffing strategies
- Partner with internal and external customers at all levels to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection
- Generate and implement of comprehensive recruitment plans, including clear objectives, timelines, and tracking methods to share with respective hiring leaders
- As needed, attend recruiting events (e.g., job fairs, university events or other recruiting venues as requested)
- Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
- Support the workforce planning process
- Stay up to date on emerging recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons
- Support special projects of varying size under direction of leadership
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in recruiting across a wide range of disciplines
- Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, and internal hiring
- Experience in recruiting using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with others
- Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic culture, comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- Demonstrated proficiency with the use of recruiting tools such as talent profiles, performance profiles and behavioral interviewing
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite; specifically, Outlook and Word with the ability to learn required business systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles
