Job Description

The Clinical Operations Officer oversee and assists all clinical and clerical activities in Operations. She/he is responsible in providing information to all Home Care Specialists and Caregivers with regards to concerns related to work. He/She also provides timely and accurate administrative/transactional services to the clinical operations to ensure quality patient care.

II. Key Responsibilities

A. Clinical Operations

  • Oversee coordination and scheduling of caregivers, nurses, and allied health
  • professionals for patient deployments.
  • Monitor compliance with patient care protocols and ensure timely submission of clinical documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents, patient feedback, and escalation cases.

B. Communication and Liaison

  • Coordinate with HR on DTR, clinical staff contracts, credentialing, and
  • compliance documents.
  • Serve as point of contact between Clinical Operations and HR, and Clinical Operations and Finance
  • Provide periodic reports to the Head of Clinical Operations regarding manpower utilization, training compliance, and documentation turnaround times (TAT).

III. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% compliance in documentation submission and audit deadlines.
  • Completion and consolidation of DTR monitoring reports and ERP coordination.
  • On-time deployment coordination with minimal delays or mismatches.

IV. Competencies Required

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical documentation and patient care standards.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clinical quality and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or medical field or at least college level
  • TESDA NC 3 Certified
  • At least 2-3 years' work experience in administrative work preferably in clinical administration/patient records.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of accuracy in word processing, data entry, and minute taking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent team skills and able to work effectively in a busy multi-skilled team environment.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule and /or weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
