Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior NonQM Underwriter to Underwrite and lead a growing Underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service.

If you're a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Non-QM guidelines and hands-on leadership experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters.
  • Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow
  • Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with Encompass

Work Schedule: 10 PM - 7 AM PH Time

Work Location: WFH
