Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting core accounting processes, including procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and record-to-report (R2R) functions. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and internal control policies.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing balance sheet schedules, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (P2P, O2C, FP&A) to ensure smooth integration of accounting processes.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, including documentation and control testing.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience with demonstrated P2P/R2R ownership.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Experience leading month-end close processes or supervising junior staff.
  • Exposure to SOX controls, audit support, and internal reporting deliverables.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process enhancements and automation.
  • Understanding of adjacent functions (P2P, O2C, FP&A) and their integration with R2R.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
