-Graduate of any 4-5year course (Preferably Industrial Engineering)

-Computer Literate

-Has experience in Production Planning and Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

1)Check the detail of P.R and P.O prior to get Approval.

2)Check the updated Forecast prior to send Supplier.

3)Check the updated Material Analysis(MRP) prior to get Approval.

4)Check the Material Consumption Report and verify if no abnormality compare with inventory data.

5)Check Purchase Summary and report updated Actual Segregated Purchase amount monthly.

6)Check updated Forecast and production plan given by PPC and update Purchase Plan.

7)Check P.O Balance to verify no Over/Lacking purchase to the supplier every month.

8)Monitor the safety stock in Supplier to avoid shortage incase have change plan or over consumption.

9)Check the revised quotation from supplier and inform to PPC about revised detail and implementation of changes based on

inventory.

10)Control Supplier Accreditation and regulary renew registered supplier for all suppliers.

Warehouse:

1)Check the Monthly End inventory Summary and Analysis as official inventory report.

2)Update segregated inventory report for Actual and Plan.

3)Check warehouse daily transaction properly recorded and verify with theoretical.

4)Fix the necessary warehouse layout depend on the Plan.

5)Check Box return qty compare with plan to avoid lacking packaging material.

6)Control Sub-con warehouse expenses and reduce cost.

Procurement:

1)Check daily update by Sub-con for their production plan vs actual.

2)Check if there is Mold maintenance monitoring by Sub-con for our Mold.

3)Check for Supplier & Sub-con evaluation based on evaluation sheet.

4)Looking for potential new supplier or suc-con to secure the delivery schedule.

5)Control inventory in Subcon to avoid missing supplied part.

6)Check Debit/Credit transaction for Sub-con.

7)Check monitoring status monthly for the PEZA LOA renewal.

  • ISO 9001:2000 & 1400:2004 Awareness Training
