JOB OVERVIEW:

The Contact Center Agent plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service for Asian Vision Cable Holdings Inc. and its affiliates. The position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving service concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction targets and service quality standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, approachable, and customer-oriented with good decision-making skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months
