About us:

AKOI Management, a dynamic and growing organization committed to exceptional client service, is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated Bookkeeper. If you have 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience and a background in accounting or finance, we'd love to have you join our on-site team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Handle credit card statement management and account reconciliations
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in accounts
  • Record and monitor cash receipts, investments, and payroll bookings
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate account balances
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with quarterly/year-end close

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
