
Corporate Planning and Process Management Head

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in planning, organizing, directing and controlling all related activities to ensure attainment of department's objectives and targets within the acceptable cost; ensures maximum productivity of staff and overseeing all Corporate Strategy and Planning operations.
- Conducts comprehensive research and analysis, synthesize inputs, develops unbiased point of view and make recommendations on critical issues facing our business at both the corporate and business unit level.
- Develops, manages and updates the annual strategic plan drawing from internal and external research and analysis and working closely with the business group heads and Finance.
- Ensures the corporate Mission, Vision and Values and strategic objectives continually reflect the needs, values and service level requirements of the Company's stakeholders and clients and initiates and leads strategy adjustments as necessary.
- Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities in a structured process and formulating business strategies and plans and implanting and monitoring strategic plans.
- Provides inputs, identifies growth and business development opportunities in existing lines of the business and formulating plans for implementation.
- Explores opportunities for technology and business partnerships for complementing the growth plans.
- Provides information to business heads on latest trends, competition and business practices and works closely with the Top Management and all Group Heads to identify and evaluate organic and inorganic growth and diversification opportunities.
- Ensures alignment of strategy with customer experience goals.
- Identifies and develops strategic opportunities for the business. Reviews feasibility of new markets as well as the potential growth opportunities.
- Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners and internal business process improvements.
- Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations for detected risks in the company's business operations.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree Business Management, Business Administration. Industrial Engineer and/or other related courses.
- At least seven (7) years work experience in a Managerial level preferably as a Corporate Strategy and Planning head
- Proficient on MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in new opportunity and business case preparation and evaluation, financial management techniques, market research and analysis
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
