Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Cebu IT Park. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to start or grow their careers in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat
  • Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues

Requirements:
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergrad, or College Graduate
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others
  • No previous experience required – Training will be provided
