  • Job Description – Motorized Field Agent

Location: Makati City (Reporting Branch)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally deliver demand letters to clients at their last known or provided addresses.
  • Conduct initial field verification to determine the client's current status, including:
  • Whether the client is still residing at the given address.
  • If the client is living with relatives, or if the address is owned or rented.
  • Verify residency and gather supporting information by coordinating with homeowners, barangay officials, or building administrators.
  • Assess and observe the type of borrower encountered during the visit, such as:
  • Cooperative, irate, uncooperative, or
  • Having a negative reputation or feedback from neighbors or community members.
  • Document all findings clearly and submit comprehensive reports in a timely manner.
  • Communicate any urgent or unusual observations to the office for proper handling.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when interacting with third parties or community members.

Qualifications:

  • Open to applicants with or without experience (field training will be provided).
  • Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Preferably familiar with CALABARZON routes or residing in nearby cities.
  • Able to work independently and handle fieldwork with integrity and resilience.
