JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Field Agent will be responsible for delivering products to clients, ensuring timely and accurate service, and acquiring new clients by fostering positive relationships. You will also be expected to meet monthly sales target to earn commission. Motor maintenance, gas, and oil changes are provided. Performance-based salary increases and an allowance for provincial travel will be offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to clients.
  • Find and acquire new clients in your area.
  • Provide services to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Hit monthly sales targets to earn commissions.
  • Travel within NCR and surrounding provinces to meet and service clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate.
  • Physically healthy and fit for fieldwork.
  • Must have your own motorbike (we cover maintenance, gas, and oil)
  • Willing to travel around NCR and nearby provinces.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be proactive and self-driven.
  • Valid driver's license.
