  • Monitor the importation of raw materials & exporting of goods.

  • Reviews paperwork & documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fee(s) are billed correctly.

  • Coordinating and communicating with the drivers and messengers.

  • Assist with task such as preparing and managing import and export documents.
  • Coordinates with brokers, consignees, and suppliers in a timely manner to resolve export/import issues.
  • Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure that shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
  • Validates documents from suppliers to ensure accuracy, including country of origin, tariff codes, and other relevant details.
  • Tracks shipments and monitors the export/import process to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Coordinates and processes export/import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and other required paperwork.
  • Coordinating with the client's inquiry and monitoring of shipments until delivery.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration is a plus.
  • Must have adequate knowledge in processing in Import-Export forwarding and brokerage.
  • Keen to details in preparation of documents.
  • Good interpersonal relations.
  • Must be flexible
