IMPORT-EXPORT OFFICER

Responsible in monitoring and coordinating all import and export transactions. They will be in-charge in coordinating with customs brokers and couriers and in monitoring closely all incoming shipments from arrival up to releasing and delivery. They will prepare daily status report for incoming shipments and advise respective departments if there's a delay. They will also be responsible in checking billings of customs brokers and couriers and study importation rates. They must also ensure accuracy of Importation documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in import/export operations, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of BOC regulations, PEZA requirements & procedures and government regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • With strong attention to details
  • Organized and can multi-task
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IMPEX systems is an advantage.
