JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying the cost per housing unit, performing month-end closing (which includes physical inventory counts of materials and housing inventory), and monitoring the company's fixed assets.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) inventory counts of materials at various construction sites.
  • Perform regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) inventory counts of housing units.
  • Reconcile recorded/system inventory with actual counts, including analysis of variances and movement status.
  • Prepare monthly cost allocations for Land, Land Development, and House Construction per housing unit.
  • Carry out month-end closing procedures for PAAPDC and PAAPVI.
  • Assist in providing vouchers, documents, and reports as required for year-end audits.
  • File BIR requirements for year-end inventory.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior/manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; background in real estate is an advantage.
  • Experience in cost accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and database management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.
