Conducts validation and checking of business documents and GCash forms submitted by partners for activation and/or wallet creation.
Job Roles and Responsibilities

Updates the trackers, databases, and in-house platform/s for partner document-related tasks.

Assists in corresponding with internal clients regarding queries, concerns and follow up regarding the documentation of the partners acquired.

Responsible for safe keeping of partner documents and forms.
-
Prepares reports such as partner documents completion rate, list of partners with lacking documents, list of partner documents received, etc.

Performs other tasks, as may be deemed necessary by the business unit
Job Qualifications
● College Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course
● 1-3 year administrative or secretarial experience preferred
