
Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Admin Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office and records management tasks, including filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in admin work, preferably in a BPO industry or similar field.
The Admin Specialist will also be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as canvassing, reordering supplies, and purchase order preparation. Additionally, they will partner with other departments to ensure good housekeeping and employee safety and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- BS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO industry and/or admin work related experience (Procurement, Purchasing, Bookkeeping, Office Management)
- Ability to work flexible hours and onsite
- Detail-oriented and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary range of Php 25K+.
