As a Treasury Assistant, you will support the treasury department in various operational and administrative tasks related to cash management, banking activities, and financial transactions. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and executing treasury operations under the guidance of senior treasury staff. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the treasury function.

Cash Management Support

  • Assist in monitoring cash balances and cash flow projections.
  • Prepare daily cash position reports and reconcile cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to process cash receipts and disbursements.

Banking Operations

  • Process bank transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and deposits.
  • Maintain banking documentation, such as signature cards and bank account information.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare routine reports on cash balances, liquidity positions, and banking activities.
  • Assist in analyzing cash flow data and variances between forecasted and actual cash flows.
  • Compile information for regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.

Treasury Systems Management

  • Maintain treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in treasury systems.
  • Provide support in implementing system enhancements or upgrades

Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Organize and maintain files and records related to treasury activities.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
