Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a Treasury Staff or similar role.
  • Background in Accounts Payable and bookkeeping functions.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage, but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports on banking activities.
  • Support the supervisor in managing the company's treasury operations.
  • Participate in the physical counting and verification of cash.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions.
  • Record and document all daily cash transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile bank deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related concerns.
  • Maintain organized financial records, cash logs, and related spreadsheets.
  • Process and monitor treasury payments in a timely manner.
  • Utilize bookkeeping and accounting software effectively.
  • Prior experience as a Treasury Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage.
