Senior Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise technology platforms within a Food & Beverages (F&B) Project. This role requires a unique blend of technical platform expertise, strategic program management, and cross-functional leadership to drive transformational technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage complex, multi-year technology rollouts involving enterprise platform integrations, POS systems, mobile applications, and backend systems across diverse business units and geographic markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Program Strategy & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology platforms across multiple business brands
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Define activities and programs to validate technical requirements for platform integration with POS, mobile apps, and backend systems.

Technology Portfolio Management

• Oversee multi-year technology roadmaps spanning platform subscriptions, backend infrastructure, and integration activities
• Coordinate budget planning across multiple currencies and business units for significant technology investments
• Lead technical validation workshops between architecture and implementation teams

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Create executive-level presentations for C-suite decision-making on technology strategies and investments
• Facilitate alignment across multiple business units on technical standards and implementation timelines
• Manage stakeholder communications around complex technical and business decisions
• Coordinate with external partners, technology vendors, and implementation teams across geographic locations

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage team transitions during organizational changes and developmental assignments
• Mentor junior project managers and technical staff on complex platform implementations
• Build and maintain high-performing cross-functional project teams

Risk Management

• Develop comprehensive risk analysis frameworks for technology operations
• Define monitoring protocols and prevention strategies
• Create business rules and technical controls to mitigate operational and financial risk
• Coordinate risk management requirements across technology, operations, and finance teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing enterprise technology implementations
• Proven track record implementing enterprise platforms in large-scale, multi-brand organizations
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million pesos technology portfolios
• Background in restaurants, retail, or hospitality industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Marketing, and Operations
• Experience in loyalty and rewards programs is a plus

Project Management

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred / but not required
• Expert proficiency in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex environments
• Strong budget management and financial analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands/business units

Communication & Leadership

• Exceptional business writing and presentation visualization skills
• Exceptional executive presentation skills with ability to distill complex technical concepts
• Strong business writing and documentation capabilities
• Experience creating strategic summaries, technical specifications, and program documentation
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
