About the role

Monark Equipment Corporation is is seeking an experienced Salesman - Parts Counter to join our sales team in our San Pedro City Laguna location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our wide range of heavy equipment parts and accessories.

What you'll be doing

  • Accommodates customers in person and over the phone inquiries to identify the right parts and accessories for their equipment and customer requests.
  • Provides parts quotations and processes purchase orders.
  • Performs cashiering functions such as invoicing and invoice transmittal, receipt issuance, sales deposit and transmittal of receipts and cash flow form to Treasury.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With 3 to 4 years' experience in a customer-facing sales or parts counter role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately process sales orders.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new products and procedures.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
