Service Crew

The Service Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency within a food business. They are responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems where applicable.
• Provide recommendations or suggestions on menu items based on customer preferences.
• Food Preparation and Serving:
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and up to company standards.
• Handle food items with care to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:
• Keep dining areas, counters, and workspaces clean and sanitized at all times.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas.
• Dispose of trash and maintain waste receptacles appropriately.
• Teamwork and Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other team members as needed to ensure a positive working environment.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding attendance, conduct, and uniform guidelines.
• Report any customer complaints or operational issues promptly to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php560.00 per day

Experience:

• Food Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Service Crew: 1 year (Preferred)
