The Service Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency within a food business. They are responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems where applicable.
- Provide recommendations or suggestions on menu items based on customer preferences.
- Food Preparation and Serving:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food presentation is appealing and up to company standards.
- Handle food items with care to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep dining areas, counters, and workspaces clean and sanitized at all times.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas.
- Dispose of trash and maintain waste receptacles appropriately.
- Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure a positive working environment.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding attendance, conduct, and uniform guidelines.
- Report any customer complaints or operational issues promptly to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php560.00 per day
