Main Responsibilities:

As a Field Salesman, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to delivery and collection. Your role will involve engaging with both internal and external customers to drive sales, manage product availability, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties:

  • Conquer: Prospect potential outlets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and trade terms such as discounts, promotions, and product bundles.
  • Development: Achieve KPIs related to sales, volume, and productivity. Develop new categories in key outlets.
  • Administration: Handle outlet details updates, cooler requests, and asset control.
  • Management: Ensure smooth communication with internal teams, including back office and call center support.
  • Merchandise: Deploy merchandising materials and execute in-store promotions.
  • Sell: Conduct inventory checks, ensure sell-in of products, and implement price promotions.
  • Order Taking: Manage orders and ensure smooth transmission for delivery.
  • Delivery & Collection: Ensure timely delivery, collection of payments, and proper handling of products and equipment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Call Productivity (30%) – Ensure coverage of 40 outlets daily.
  • Must Have (40%) – Meet brand completion targets and upsell Alco products.
  • Volume (30%) – Achieve 100% of your sales target.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least 2 years of college education in any course.

  • Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with company products, competitor profiles, and the beverage industry.

  • Understanding of sales processes, analytics, and market behavior.

  • Skills:

  • Effective planning and customer profiling.

  • Strong sales skills including overcoming objections, closing deals, and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

  • Attitude:

  • Personal effectiveness, commitment, integrity, and determination.

  • Ability to work with discipline and confidence.
Additional Requirements:
  • License: Must hold a professional driver's license (Code 1, 2, and 3) for handling 4-wheel vehicles.
  • Experience: Sales experience is a plus.
  • Others: Must comply with company rules and regulations. Be ready to perform other related duties as assigned.
