Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, preferably within BPO or Recruitment Agency settings. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Source and attract talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
  • Manage candidate database and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Provide recruitment reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
