Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume and niche BPO roles. This role oversees recruitment strategies, manages the recruitment team, partners with stakeholders, and ensures hiring targets are met within agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support business growth and workforce plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for volume hiring and specialized roles (agents, team leaders, managers, support roles).
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage recruiters and sourcing specialists.
  • Partner closely with operations, HR, and clients to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and partnerships.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships (job boards, agencies, recruitment partners) when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background in BPO or high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment KPIs and leading a recruitment team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in ATS, recruitment platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Experience handling ramping and large-scale hiring projects.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor market and BPO hiring trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach.
