About the role

As a Beauty Advisor at Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc', you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations, and attentive customer service to help our customers find the perfect beauty solutions. This full-time role is based in our Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila store, where you'll be part of a dynamic retail team committed to driving sales and delighting our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product-related questions, and making tailored recommendations
  2. Maintain exceptional product knowledge across our diverse range of beauty brands and categories
  3. Demonstrate products to customers and offer application tips and techniques
  4. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure our store looks its best
  5. Support sales goals and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  6. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or beauty advisor role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional service
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new brands and trends in the beauty industry
  4. A creative flair and eye for visual merchandising
  5. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
