Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist residents/guests using the gym facilities.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Provide basic orientation on the proper use of gym equipment.
  • Enforce gym rules and regulations to maintain order, safety, and proper etiquette.
  • Monitor access control to ensure only authorized users are allowed inside.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the gym, lockers, shower rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and safety hazards.
  • Assist in organizing fitness programs, classes, or activities (if applicable).
  • Keep track of towel, water, and amenity supplies and replenish as needed.
  • Provide first-level assistance in case of emergencies and report incidents promptly.
  • Support property management in promoting wellness and healthy living among residents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, vocational course, or degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in fitness centers, wellness facilities, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of gym equipment use, safety, and basic fitness principles.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
