Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to support a successful theatre producer in building strategic partnerships and generating leads for groundbreaking entertainment productions. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential sponsors and corporate partners who want to be associated with innovative, award-winning theatrical experiences. Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential corporate sponsors
  • Research and contact key decision-makers at target companies, focusing on HR and marketing departments
  • Build and maintain comprehensive databases of prospects, sponsors, and corporate contacts
  • Manage data collection and organization systems to track all outreach activities and responses
  • Execute promotional campaigns for both sponsorship opportunities and special ticket pricing arrangements
  • Support lead nurturing through consistent, professional follow-up communications
  • Coordinate outreach to organizations for group ticket sales and corporate partnerships
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and campaign performance metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing, outreach campaigns, or lead generation
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional, engaging tone
  • Proficiency in database management and data organization systems
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time across a 20-hour weekly schedule
  • Comfort using research tools and AI platforms for prospect identification
  • Professional demeanor when representing the entertainment company
  • Preference for candidates with personable, charming communication style
  • Interest in the creative/entertainment industry is a plus
  • Commitment to performance-based metrics and KPIs
  • Availability for potential role expansion as the business grows internationally
