About the Role

We're looking for an energetic General Virtual Assistant (Sales Representative) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their career in sales while leveraging their experience with Salesforce to drive results. You'll support the sales process from lead generation to closing opportunities, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Experience with Salesforce (data entry, pipeline tracking, reporting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning on the go.
  • Amenable working onsite (IT Park, Cebu City)
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Manage and update sales pipelines using Salesforce.
  • Support senior sales reps in client communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales targets and overall growth.
