The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering the creative needs of the marketing team, from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team to understand business objectives and creative requirements for packaging or marketing communication materials.
  • Develop strategies to deliver clear messaging to a specific target audience.
  • Translate written or spoken ideas into high-impact visual designs, layouts, and other creative assets while adhering to brand identity standards and guidelines.
  • Prepare design mock-ups using illustration, text, color, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or with design software.
  • Present design work to the marketing team for feedback and approval.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, or external vendors for proof production and other needs.
  • Participate in photo shoots as required.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, suppliers, and agencies to ensure cohesive content creation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both motion and graphic/multimedia design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Software.
  • Expertise in photo manipulation and quality assurance (print/digital).
  • Skilled in digital final artwork creation and editing.
  • Strong in traditional/digital illustration, layout, and concept development.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic and digital design, advertising, and final artwork.
  • Creative writing skills are a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned to Pasay Area.
