THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a leading U.S. medical examination provider, serving insurers, employers, third party administrators, and legal professionals through a national network of over 15,000 certified examiners known for fast and reliable service.

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a
Phone Coordinator
to join their growing team. This role plays a key part in managing communications between attorneys and claimants, coordinating appointments, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

The position is
onsite
at their BGC, Taguig office and follows a
n
ight shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time
(Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls and respond to claimants and attorneys; update and record appointment statuses.
  • Maintain accurate case records in internal systems per client guidelines.
  • Coordinate daily with the phone team and providers for case updates and assignments.
  • Resolve issues, document cases, and ensure timely processing.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, proofreading, and call routing.
  • Report concerns to management and follow legal and safety standards.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and web tools.
  • Types at least 40 WPM; detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
  • Understands HIPAA rules and maintains confidentiality.
  • Strong communication; able to prioritize and work independently.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to quality work.
  • Stays focused and efficient under pressure; supports team goals.
  • Follows all company policies and procedural updates.
