POSITION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems in various settings. He must oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment from small tonnage up to large capacity systems including chiller units. He must be knowledgeable in training and supervising personnel and to ensure quality work and operation standards are met.

Qualifications

· Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning course NCII

· Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Works and Software

· With driver's license with DL Codes A & B

· Must have at least 1-3 years work experience in Mechanical, Ventilation and Air Conditioning maintenance, start-up and commissioning

· Trained and knowledgeable in various equipment testing and system balancing

· Knowledgeable in VRF/VRV System (Carrier, Midea, Toshiba, Daikin, Samsung, Mitsubishi, etc.); Precision Air Conditioning Units (Delta, Vertiv, Huawer, etc.)

· Technical competence including well developed diagnostic skills and good time management

· Basic knowledge and familiarization with Building Management System and integration to various equipment

· Knowledgeable in using engineering apparatus and tools such as clamp tester, thermos gun, airflow meter, thermohygrometer, and air balancing equipment.

· Well versed in electrical diagram reading and analyzation.

· Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City and other assigned areas nationwide.
